How do I book a shoot?
To book a shoot, either contact us or simply visit our Booking page, where you can check availability and reserve your session directly. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due upon completion of the shoot.
Before the session, we’ll have a phone consultation to understand your vision, discuss your preferred style, and choose a location.

What locations do you use?
Before the session, we’ll have a phone consultation and choose a location. We are based in West Sherman Oaks and charge a small travel fee of $10 per mile for locations outside our immediate area.
You can opt for an outdoor shoot at your home, with a quick location check (travel fee applies) to ensure it’s suitable.
Do you offer printing and framing?
Yes. We offer fine art printing, beautiful wood framing for your home gallery wall, and more, all shipped directly to you. With just one click, you can easily transition from your Client Gallery to our Product Store, where you can view your images as prints, choose frames, and even create holiday cards.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After making the 50% deposit, you have the option to spread the remaining balance across 3 equal monthly payments. This flexible payment plan is available to make the process more convenient for you.
What is your typical timeline?
You will receive an online gallery of proofs (un-retouched, RAW) images within 2 days. Mark your favorites and they will usually be retouched and ready within 7-10 days.
If you need them sooner, express service may be possible for an additional fee.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit and debit card payments directly through our website using Stripe, a secure and trusted payment platform. This makes it easy and safe to complete your purchase online.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your photoshoot up to 7 days before your scheduled session and receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of the photoshoot, the deposit will be forfeited.
